All domestic orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days

  • Non-Metro / Interior Locations: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. Any applicable shipping or COD charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at barbieglow.official@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund (if applicable) will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
